At the North and South Conference  Well this week was super super fast!!! We had the chance to attend a combined North and South Mission conference.  Everyone got together, it was so fun to see old comps and friends from the MTC!  What was amazing was the sight of so many servants of the Lord in the same room!!!  The spirit was so strong and I really enjoyed the speakers, I think the best thing that I took from it was that we need to be obedient! We are promised blessings when we are and I can testify to that!!!   One of the other great things that happened at the conference is that we got to know who our new Mission President is...his name is R Scott Runia!   With Easter coming my thoughts have been not he sacrifice that the Savior made for us....Have you ever thought about what the Savior did for us, like really thought about it? We have had such an amazing time working with members and less actives in the ward this week!!!  Yesterday Elder M ahoni , myself and our ward mission leader went to Chris's house to see him.... he was not there but his partner was, she said she was busy but had little time to spare and let us in! . We got into her house and Brother Mitchell started to share a story about how his family came to know of the truth of our church, it was so moving and heart felt, he stopped talking and there was a like 5 min pause of no one talking just silence. The spirit was SO strong that she began to cry then the silence was lifted, she told us how true our message was and that she felt something that she has never felt before..  We taught her that what she was feeling was the Holy Ghost.. This week has been one of the longest weeks of my life!!  We were super busy, so you would think it would fly but for some reason it went soooooo slow!  This week I came across a quote from this quote book I found in our flat, it says, "GO and Serve knowing that you do not go alone" by Henry B Eyring.  I can tell you that this is absolutely true, I have felt his presence!! There have been times where we want to reach out to people we know about our beliefs, but we are afraid because we feel like we are alone, but I am here to tell you that you are never alone. The Lord is and will always be there for you no matter what!!   This week has gone by soooo fast it is crazy!!!  I am sooo stoked for this week, want to know why?????  This week is the week where we will hopefully help others take a leap of faith by following the example of Jesus Christ and be baptized!!!  Things will always be hard for us in this life, trust me I would know!
