Week 11

Money for food for the week!!!  Blessings..... I saw something floating in the water.... I had to get it!  IT was a $50 dollar bill ;)  There once was a man that lived in a park.......  there is a man in my ward named Tom. Long ago, Tom lived in a park off Cannula beach. Tom was the main man, everyone that was homeless with him looked up to him. He was a drinker, drug user, but a super friendly guy.  One day someone came up to him and gave him a key to a single apartment,  Tom told them, "i am happy where i am? i don't need a house?" but he took the key anyway.   The only condition that the people gave him is he could not bring anyone with him,  he was to live there alone. But that not Tom, he opened that room up to all the people that he lived with in that park, and then another miracle came, they gave him a bigger house!!! There was many others that moved in to the "bigger" house with him. One day when he was talking to one of hi...

Week 10

This week has been mad mates!! My new comp (Elder Hau) and I have been putting the shoulder to the wheel and pushing along!! This week has been one of the funniest and hard working weeks ever!! I can not believe that this is my second transfer!! Yesterday, I gave a talk about obedience and I wanted to share some of it with you. OBEDIENCE IS THE KEY TO LIFE. I do not care what anyone else says! Without obedience, this church would not be on this earth today. I know what you are thinking!! You are thinking, "Elder Wagner you cant be 100% obedient!!" and I am here to tell you that it is true! we can never be 100% obedient! BUT, we must always strive and try our hardest to be!! and the Lord will see our efforts even when we fall short he will pick us up off our face. We must keep trying to be as obedient to the counsel from our church leaders. Yes trust me I know that sometimes there are hard rules and things that will be hard to follow but you need to quit your whin...

Week 9

Hey, mates this week has been crazzzyyyyyyyy! I can't believe its already my second transfer, it is crazy how fast time is flying by!  What I find crazy is that there has not been one day where there is nothing to do, there is always work to be done!!! I love it so much!! I have come to realize that we need to rely on our Heavenly Father in all that we do. As missionaries we face a lot of difficulties but as we rely on the Lord we can do incredible things! I know that what ever you are going through, wither it be mental or physical the Lord can help you through it..... this gospel is wonderful and has blessed my life without end.!  I would not want to be anywhere else other then here serving the people of Australia! I love the work and I love the Lord!  love you all,      Elder Tyler Wagner We walk allllll day, but I love to walk by the beach as much as I can.... It is absolutely gorgeous!!!    We ate out a...

Week 8

Holy moly the weeks are flying! This week has been amazing! I absolutely loved general conference!! One thing that i have been asking myself lately is, "what am i focused on? numbers? myself?" The answer to my question came at conference. I am to be focused on the Lords work. We are all apart of his work, just because you don't have a name tag does not mean you are not a missionary. Some people might ask how they can help the missionaries, well that question has a simple answer, REFERRALS! Missionaries work day in and day out trying to find those people that have been prepared to hear of the gospel, by YOU!. But most of the time missionaries need help finding and who knows more people then the missionaries or the people that live in their areas? I am not trying to rebuke anyone on this topic!! i just feel the need to share it with those I love and know can do it! And make a difference.  Each and everyone of you have a gift from God, find out what tha...

Week 7, transfer....

Image
This week has been crazy mates! Everything from facial masks with the elders, extreme weather, busy teaching and finding, too a transfer before the transfers. The mission is the best thing in the world there is never a dull moment here in 'strallia! One of the best feelings in the world is when you are let into a home and able to share your thoughts and feelings about this wonderful gospel. I know that I am guided on my mission, especially when I go into a lesson with nothing planned and teach 100% by the spirit. The Holy Ghost is real and I know that he is the third member of the Godhead. I know that each person in this world no matter what your circumstances are, can be forgiven of your sins. I know that this church is the only true church upon the earth today and that the Book of Mormon is the word of God, with out a doubt in my mind! I love this great gospel and the wonderful people within it. I love you all HEEPS!  fun fact..... horse ...
