Week 33

Easter Best!  

This quote was given to me in one of my old areas... I did not see the meaning of it until this week...  God knows who we are and what we are capable of.. so one of the most important things we can do in this life is REMEMBER. I would ask you all this week to sit back and just REMEMBER.  Remember what God expects of you, and if you don't know what he expects of you I would invite you to ask and seek an answer from him, through prayer. God expects much of us, but we need to remember what that is at times and re-apply it to our lives.  You are capable of becoming so much, be what God expects you to be and nothing less!  I promise you as you do this your life will slowly change and you will become more Christ like and draw closer to him. I love you all!!!!

Easter dinner!   We had Potato salad, pork from a whole pig, boiled bannana with coconut stuff on it, chop sui, and the stuff in the tin foil is the lu!!!  

Update on Tyler's Mission President 

1.  Sooo how was your week? 

1.  My week was a good one, but seemed long.  We don't have a car for two weeks, so it has made getting around difficult and taking us forever to get one place to another.  Alot of walking this week... which is fine.  We just hung out on Pday with the other elders.  Tuesday-Thursday we had a normal days and had splits each night.  Thursday night we had our ward sports night.  We have been having some really good solid lessons with the less actives in the ward, on Friday we had an awesome lesson that the spirit was so strong and present!  Saturday we got to do service and then back to work, finding... Sunday was Easter, we had meetings all morning, church and then FOOD!  It was sooo good, we ate at a members home that is Tongan and had some great food.  Monday was the national holiday honoring Easter, so the library was closed, but we got to go to Costco with a member and get groceries... it was great, we spent alot. 

2.  Are you getting transferred? 

2.  Nope!  I stayed... Elder Clark and the sisters got transferred.  I was super sad to see Elder Clark go!
3.  What did you end up doing for pday last week? 

3.  We just hung out with the other elders.
4.  I realized that you guys aren’t watching general conference til next week…. that is a bit crazy, but i see why since it would be on your monday.  

4.  Yep we don't see it til this week.
5.  IS the weather starting to cool off there yet?  I keep thinking that it will start to head into the fall there?

5.  Yes it is starting to get chilly at night and windy during the days... which is great! 

6.  how are your investigators doing?  Is Chris still on date?

6.  They are all doing good and yes, Chris is on date and is doing good!
